I just bought a brand new SUV and I live on the beach. I needed rubber mats that will protect my carpets from sand and salt that will be tracked throughout the car. I checked at the dealership and they were just to expensive so I checked different places online and found these. It is such a great deal I could not pass these up. When I bought these home, my husband loved them so much I went back and bought another pair for his car.

The lip on the edge of the mats keeps a reasonable amount of water contained so when the snow melts off of your shoes, it doesn't get on carpet. The mats can be trimmed to fit different vehicles. They stay in place. I haven't had these mats long enough to determine how they will wear, but based on the weight of the mats I think they will wear quite well.
