My 2000 GMC Sonoma with the 2.2 4-cyl. has a two-wire 02 sensor. This only has one. Web site says it's compatible, but I don't see how.

This fit my 99 Saturn SL2 in the upstream position. (In the exhaust manifold) It is a 1 wire sensor that you must crimp on yourself. Super easy install, no worries here.

Used in conjunction with a new Dorman driver's side exhaust manifold. When removing original O2 sensor, threads were also damaged from manifold, being 21 years old. Was leery about using a non AC Delco part, but this one put those fears to rest, as i have a QUIET running truck with NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! Simple installation, cut old O2 sensor wire close to body, allowing you to use OEM connector.

The oxygen sensor is located in the Catalytic converter. Most late model cars have two sensors. There will be one at the front of the catalytic converter, and one at the rear. You should be able to see wires going to the catalytic converter. In most cases it is recommended that all oxygen sensors be replaced at the same time to prevent incorrect readings to your engine computer and a constant check engine light being on.
