Pretty straight forward.! Easy to install. Advice: do change BOTH hose. New pump needs new hoses. Also change the dumper: getting the old out is hard and most of the time it bends. At (and average of) $20 bucks, is easier and better change the whole thing. Remember : for your own happiness : change the pump, te damper and both hose.!

After R and R, change pulley, cleaned leaked mess, purged and purged 9 ways to Sunday, tried OEM pump check valve WHAT A MESS. Pumps good at about 2000 rpm, not otherwise. Tried everything and will end up wasting the $17.00 worth of Lucas senthetic fluid.Save your time and either fix the leaks on your old one with a rebuild kit if it pumps good, or buy one somewhere else. You would think Fenco would check the flow as part of the rebuild process, but I guess not. Trying to get it ready for a Thanksgiving trip 1100+ miles round trip to my daughters. Probably [*] now unless I can get time off work.Taking it back.

Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:
This pump looked to be poor quality when I got it. Dirt was panted over, the pulley shaft moved in and out a lot and to top it all off, after I installed it and bled the air i found out that the bearings were out of it. Returned it for a Car Done brand. See my other review for that pump.

Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:
The product was great, easy to install and with s good warranty. It didn't come with s pulley and mine would not stay put on the new shaft, so I had to replace the pulley.

Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:
Easy to install. Pump worked as intended. First one leaked worse then the one I replaced. Second one leaks worse than the first. I have never had any luck with FENCO products. Better to replace with new and save yourself a lot of trouble.

This is a great pump, only problems I had were removing the old pully, once that was accomplished it went together with ease.

Comments about Fenco Power Steering Pump:
replacement for 2 yr. old install, shaft broke at impeller, perhaps quality control at Cardone should look at orginial parts closer. don't forget to replace plastic plugs with orginial plugs from factory, like my 'mechanic' did
