Every car I have ever owned I have replaced the spark plugs with the Bosch Platinum +4 plugs. You dont have to worry about getting the gap right and they work great. I notice a slight jump in the response of the accelerator. Not as much as replacing the air filter but still improvement.

Removed and replaced these plugs within 400 miles of installation. Spent the extra money and bought the NGK laser platinum. Much better performance from the NGK. these +4 really disappointed me.

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
I replaced the 2.8L V6 in my '86 Cherokee with a 3.4L GM crate motor. I put in a set of +4's with the new motor. After 110,000 miles it still has plenty of power and good mpg...24 mpg average. I've also used them in my '98 4.0L Cherokee for 70,000 miles...21 mpg average versus 18.5mpg with Champions. I'll be installing them in my Pontiac G8, 2010 Jeep Wrangler, and '96 F-250 5.8L.

My 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 seems to have more pep. I did notice a decrease in gas milage maybe because my truck responds better and I get carried away with my lead foot.

Comments about Bosch Platinum+4 Spark Plug:
This my second set of Platinum + 4 spark plugs. Last time I changed my plugs was 50000 miles, my car just turn 100,000 miles. tPlugs last for a long time as the warranty said.I am using on a 6 cyl Jeep Wrangler, when I do long distance driving,I see improvement on gas. It cost a little more, but I only have to change my plugs every 4 to 5 years. So it came out cheaper than using the standard plugs. To me money well spent on the Platinum +4 plugs.

Q:
i have a 2008 liberty.would these bosch 4 point plugs help my gas milage?or fry my wires n other stuff?1 answer

A:
Yes, this part fits your 2008 Jeep Liberty.Q:
I installed these on my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jeep runs great, pulls strong with smooth idle, but my gas mileage has dropped from 325 miles per tank to 275 miles per tank (consistent commute). I've read this about other plugs, like the E3. Has anyone seen the same. Is this just not a good fit for this vehicle.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
I personally had a former Dodge/Chrylser/Jeep Master Certified Technician as an instructor recently. He always told us that the Bosch Platinum +4 and E3 spark plugs are the worse plugs for later model Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles. He told us that they decreased gas mileage and in many instances even fried/destroyed the coils in the ignition system. He recommended that with certain later model vehicles, you either use NGK Iridiums or copper core spark plugs.Q:
what is the expected life of the plus 4s1 answer

From experience, I have seen these to last up to 100,000 miles on some vehicles.Q:
