I purchased these plugs to replace Denso Multi-ground Regular Class plugs. I had 85,000 miles on the plugs but started to fail. Denso says they should only last 30,000 milles. I upgraded to Platinum TT Plug and I can feel the different with the new plugs and think they will give me better performance.
I spoke to Denso because I feared changing from the Regular Class to any other plugs due to all the story I read on spark failure on Toyota 4runner. Denso says the Platinum TT Plug should last 60,000 miles.
I would say go ahead and change out to the platium TT plugs. I'm gald I did

I'm sure this is a nice spark plug however, after setting the gap, the plug did not maintain the gap after driving for a day. I had to go back to my Champion plugs to get a plug that could handle the temperature. The gap fell from .040 to .030?? AND, I know that I gapped the plug properly...
I would recommend but I can't use them.

Replaced the plugs in my Tacoma with these. The truck seems to run a little smoother and the mileage might be a little better, but the old plugs were quite worn. No issues with installation. It's a spark plug, it works well. Not much else to say.

This is a very good performing spark plug at a great price compared to some of the other platinum plugs on the market. Be careful when tightening them because the ceramic is very easy to break.

Ordered on line, checked store locator & store in stock prior to placing order, when I went to store to pick up my order the sales person could not find these spark plugs even though the store computor showed 6 in stock.I had to settle for a cheaper brand and did not realize untill I left the store that he did not credit me back the differance in price (around $4.00)but not worth my time & gas to go back to complain.

I purchased these for a 95 Mercury Villager. I went to the Denso site and it said: "New DENSO spark plugs are pre-gapped and do not need changing. It is also important to note that DENSO plugs with a U-groove ground electrode require a special gap feeler gauge due to the U-groove". The gap is set at .040 out the box but I need them to be in between .032-.034. If they are pre-set and require a "special gap feeler gauge", how am I supposed to narrow the gap with the $1 gap gauge you guys sell?1 answer

are these plugs good for 100,000 miles???????????1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
It is good to have a visual check once the car has clocked over 50000miles. But if you notice any issues with firing, poor start, low power it is ideal to change it earlier but if there are no issues then the spark plugs can be changed after 60000 miles.Q:
i have a 1998 clk 320 mercedes it says they are gapped 0.040 but when i checked them it reads 0.032 do i need to regap all the plugs or is my reading off? i am using a disc type gap reader.2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
With out the presence of your vehicle and the spark plugs we would not be able to properly diagnose it nor provide you with a 100% answer. We would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis.A:
feeler gauges are more of a precise measurement then the round disc type graduated gauge the gap should be set to the OEM specQ:
Do I need to adjust the gap for my 94 Civic DX?2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
These come pre-gapped and should not need to be adjusted.A:
Unless the store you purchased the spark plugs from adjusted the gap for you, you should check the gap. Spark plugs do not come set to a specific gap. You will always need to adjust them for your vehicle. You don't need to adjust the gap for the plugs to work but adjustment will improve performance and fuel economy.
