I needed to change the blower motor resistor and when I got the plug off it was melted and corroded. Glad Advance had this in stock. Worked great on my 99 E150.

Are the colored wires supposed to match identical to the OEM? I replaced this and went with where the wires came out of the socket from the old, and it didn't work.
