This carb kit was essential to restoring the original quality and performance of my Edelbrock carb. This is a big 4 barrel replacement carb used in a motorhome on a 454 Chevy engine, which had been sitting for several years. The stale gas in the tank and the carb created a great deal of debris within the carb which caused uncontrollable flooding of the engine. This carb kit has all the essential parts to completely rebuild the carb and restore it to its original performance level when brand new. The kit includes a detailed explanation of the rebuilding process as well as an exploded parts view for easy identification of parts. In addition, Edelbrock provides a toll-free number for technical support of the rebuild. Relatively speaking, this rebuild was fairly simple; taking about 30 minutes to disassemble, 1 hour to clean parts, 30 minutes to reassemble, and 30 minutes to adjust. Very pleased with the final product.
