I brought this K&N filter because of all the hype about increase mpg & re-usable & AAP discount. To sum things up:
- I did NOT see any significant change in the increase MPG.
- This filter is not a perfect fit for my 2008 Toyota Highlander(Base model). I really have to push & squeeze the side of the air filter's inorder to close it tight.
I'll have to see how long before I need to clean it.

I brought this K&N filter because of all the hype about increase mpg & re-usable & AAP discount. To sum things up:
- I did NOT see any significant change in the increase MPG.

Decided to purchase the K & N Air Filter for many reasons. First, I'll never have to buy a replacement filter again. Second, the performance factor. Third, higher MPG at these gas prices makes good sense! Fourth, ok, I'm no Mr Green, but using a lifetime filter means less trash for the landfill right?

Filter seemed a little expensive until you read the whole story. The filter is reuseable. You never have to by another filter for your car.
It improves gas mileage 2-3 miles per gallon.
