Comments about Denso Oxygen Sensor Universal:

This part is listed as "OE FIT" because Denso, the manufacturer, makes the original factory part. What you WANT, if available, is OEM DIRECT FIT so you won't have to splice any wires as with this part. Only four, but you must remove Sensor and Wire (from up top) instead of just plugging-in and connecting a OEM, DIRECT FIT part. Be careful. (01 Eclipse 3.0)

Comments about Denso Oxygen Sensor Universal:

The crimp style connectors that came with this require a specialized crimper to properly set. I had to solder them to ensure long life connection. That took more than an hour and a lot of effort. Although this was recommended by online chat, I recommend the direct fit for higher cost. That is what I will insist on next time.

I expect it to work just fine, but the extra labor and time was not worth the savings. YMMV

Had to do a cat change on my 99 honda prelude, so i change the O2 sensors as well. No more codes but make sure you get the right sensor. I wanted the OEM direct fit and this one came without the plug end. I had to splice the old stuff on to make it work... other that that, Denso works fine and is the factory part on most Honda's.
