Comments about GSP New CV Axle Shaft Assembly:
Copied from my review of the axle from the other side:
The inner-joint splines on these axles (both of the ones I bought) were EXTREMELY tight fits to the transmission. The OEM axles would slide in up to the circlip, then a good sharp push would get the clip to engage and the spline would slide home. These required repeated impacts to slide all the way in - either by using the axle as a slide hammer or by compressing the whole thing and having a helper give some pops with a rubber mallet to the outboard end. They did install, and they are working fine so far, but be aware that this could happen.
For the price, though, if these hold up well, I'd happily overlook an expletive-laden install. Just another day under the car.
