Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:
On a Jeep Cherokee (XJ) or Wrangler TJ with a 4.0, worn motor mounts will eventually crack your exhaust header. Replacing these after 100K miles will help put that off, although it is inevitable on these engines. Chrysler just didnt use a good part there.
A jack, a block of wood, and an hour, with an extension or 2 will help replace these. Get the passenger side first, its harder, and will make the driver side that much more of an easy job. Pull the air box to make the driver side easier, and while you are at it, check that filter and clean the intake!
