A:I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.

Q:where is this piece located on a 2003 dodge neon? I am trying to replace mine and can't locate it.
A:Our website states that this mount is located at the rear of the engine.
Q:This motor mount, is it pretty much on the timing cover?
A:For a more accurate answer, can you provide the year, make, model and engine size of your vehicle.
A:I just did the timing belt replacement on my 05 Dodge Neon SXT (2.0L) and I can say this is a pain in the butt to get to in a home garage. I used the old block of wood on a floor jack method and dropped the engine for the lower timing case and then jacked it up a little for the upper bolts on it. You have to remove the timing case to get to it which means you have to take out everything on that side even the power steering. Then remove the cover on the passenger side wheel well and take the nut off and it's tricky to pull the actual mount out working around the engine, but after a few minutes of trying this and that, I got it. I definately recommend getting the Chilton's guide or whatever book you prefer. I had to take the crankshaft pulley off for the timing cover too, and the easiest way to do this is to check out the special tool (looks like a harmonic balancer, but ask em @Advance) so you don't wind up stripping it. You'll need the book for details to get it back on too.G'luck!
Q:This motor mount, is it pretty much on the timing cover? and how hard is it to replace? What all will I have to take apart?â
A:For step by step instructions i highly recommend that you go into your nearest Advance Auto Parts store and purchase a repair manual.
