Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:
Buyer should maker sure of the correct fit, ordered online, and it was a wrong part, different from the engine I specified in 2001 Focus. Had to exchange the part. But that part made my motor quiet and not shaking anymore.

Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:
My focus was vibrating & getting progressively worse so I decided to replace the engine mounts. Be advised that this mount is for the passenger side, not the transmission side. No idea why it would be listed as the transmission mount unless other models use it there. Be sure to double check which mounts your car uses. Fortunately for me my transmission mount was fine. After replacing the passenger side mount and the torque strut my car rode as smooth as the day I bought it.

Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:
My focus spent 3 years progressively shaking worse and worse at idle and had gotten to the point where I couldn't see anything in my side view mirrors while stopped at a red light. Tried so many different things to fix it. Finally found out that my mount might be bad so I replaced it with this and I have to say it's a whole different car. It's not perfect but I suspect that the other mounts are worn out as well. All and all I'm very happy with the cost and effect of this mount.

Comments about Anchor Mount Engine-Transmission:
The original Ford mount failed at 85k miles. I replaced it with an AutoZone mount that failed at 120k miles, it had a lifetime guarantee so I simply went and picked up another one. The second AutoZone unit lasted three weeks. Fortunately for me, the local AZ had no more junk to give me, so they refunded for the part.Drove down to the local Advance Auto and asked to see their replacement mount. Immediately noticed it was much better quality externally, a cleaner casting, proper plating on the bolts, no excess molded rubber everywhere. The Advance unit (made by Anchor) also had a lifetime guarantee, so I'm happy. I was able to use a coupon code that saved me $15.Overall got rid of that stupid Autozone Mount, replaced with a better quality and less expensive (because of discount) Advance Auto mount. Very happy, wife's car no longer vibrates.
