Seafoam engine treatment.
You will be amazed what this product can do. It typically is used as a fuel system additive, but has many other uses. When used as a fuel system additive you should expect almost immediate results. The primary ingredient burns very rapidly and at an extremely high temperature producing a burn-off cleaning effect within the engine and exhaust system. This may cause your engine to run much smoother and quieter. It can also be used as a engine flush to aid in the removal of built up gunk and sludge.
The product is also available in one gallon cans.
Warning: Burns extremely hot!
Use caution when the application is air-cooled.

Use Shell/BP in my car so I haven't noticed any difference in 5000 mi. maybe if I used lower quality gas it would make a difference.

Comments about Sea Foam Motor Treatment for Gas and Diesel Engines (16 fl. oz.):
I add it to the oil at least 100 mi before every change to break down the built up junk (1.5 oz per quart of oil). Add it to the gas as often as you see fit (1 oz per gallon). If this is your first time using it, and you haven't used anything like this before, and you have at least 100,000 mi., pull the valve cover and look at all the carbon and sludge, and maybe take a 'before' picture. Then put it all back together and run the engine for a few minutes, to hear all the noises she makes. Then add the Seafoam. After 100 miles, look at your oil. It should be dirtier than it would be otherwise. Then pull the valve cover and take an 'after' shot. It's like night and day. Add it to the gas and see how much mo' betta' she runs.
Bottom line, this stuff works. Used in conjunction with Mystery Oil, your engine should last at least 4.26 million miles (results may vary)

My check engine light came on and threw the code for the cat converter. Put a bottle of seafoam in gas tank and cleared the cat code. It's been 2000 miles and light still has not returned

Used this product for sometime now. Had a mechanic once tell me if everyone used this product every 5000 miles he would practically be out of business. Use it in 3 vehicles every 5-6000 mile, and in my gas can for yard equipment

Comments about Sea Foam Motor Treatment for Gas and Diesel Engines (16 fl. oz.):
Used Seafoam cleaner when I switched out my spark plugs. Added it through PCV Vacuum line and into crankcase.
Between it and the plugs I've noticed a dramatic increase in power and a fair increase in gas mileage.

I've poured this in the vacuum line with the engine running. Everything I've used it in this way has run better afterward.
Last time I've put the whole can in the fuel tank of my 2002 camaro SS. It was running rough from sitting several months. This cleared it up within a few miles of driving.

Comments about Sea Foam Motor Treatment for Gas and Diesel Engines (16 fl. oz.):
Seafoam should be a regular maintenance product for all consumers who have vehicles with over 50k miles. This stuff has multiple uses but I use it mainly to clean out carbon deposits in carbs and injectors in the engine. I bought an older truck a few years ago and it was idling rough and sputtering. After a bottle of Seafoam and a half tank of gas, she was purring like a kitten.
