I have a 2007 Chevy Avalanche LTZ, I was told by a Chevy Dealership that my air control unit was bad. The unit now makes a loud whinning noise similar to a fuel pump, after a few minutes it stops making the noise. Will this unit work to replace the factory unit on my vehicle and correct my problem? Also, they advised I need new shocks and struts for this vehicle, can you recommend suggested items for I am not familiar with knowledge on these products. Thank You for any help. Robbie1 answer

I have a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Limited Estate Wagon. It does NOT have the air shock self leveling system. I would like to convert it to airshocks with a on board compressor to control ride height. Do you have such, or air bag (Air Lift) system for purchase. Thank you for your time, Charles Jennette, cjennettes@aol.com.1 answer

A:
Yes, this Airlift On Board Air Compressor for Load Controller II, Single Gauge with Low Pressure Sensor fits your 1996 Buick Roadmaster Limited Wagon. With these Air Lift Load Controller II systems, you not only get everything you need to install air springs on your ride, but you also get Air Lift's low-pressure sensor. If the air pressure in your springs drops below 5 or 10 psi, the sensor will detect the drop, and kick the compressor on--automatically! You can watch it happen on the dash-mounted pressure gauge. The kits also have an onboard air compressor, air lines that will inflate or deflate at the touch of a button, plus all wiring, hardware, and installation instructions.
