I ordered online with the option to pick up in my local store. Saved a few extra bucks on a promotional offer and quickly picked up in stock the same evening. Easy to order and great local service. Install was simple and took less than 10 minutes and was perfect replacement fit. My eight year old son did half the work. These new tailgate lifters are strong, but also very smooth to open and close. Tailgate opens like brand new again!!! Great all around product and exactly what I was looking for.

begins lifting the tailgate mid opening, easily holds liftgate up and is not at all difficult to close. Can't quite comment on durability yet but has been working great for last 2 months in winter weather.

If instructions would only tell you which end to try to attach 1st it would make the install 100% better. Putting a particular end in 1st makes all the difference.
