Q:
can any one be able to install it on there own? or do have to find a service station.1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Please follow the instructions to install the Wolo Horn Antique (Part No. 330). Find your vehicle's horn under the hood, Disconnect the wire or wires leading to the old horn. If there are two wires, attach them to the two terminals on the compressor. If there is only one wire, attach it to the positive terminal on the compressor, Find a location for the horn's trumpets near the compressor. Drill a 1/4-inch hole for each trumpet. Mount them facing down to prevent water from entering them. Secure the trumpets with the bolts, lock washers and nuts provided, Cut the plastic air tubing provided with the kit into three pieces of the appropriate length and use the supplied "Y" connector to attach both trumpets to the air outlet on the compressor, Test the air horn. If the compressor runs, but the horns do not sound, reverse the two wires on the compressor to correct the polarity. When the horn is working correctly, secure all wires and tubing to finish the job.
