I had H11 Silverstar Ultra's, they were no brighter than stock. These are much brighter, much whiter. I would buy these, but never the ultra's again. Hopefully the life is good, but...Read complete review
I had H11 Silverstar Ultra's, they were no brighter than stock. These are much brighter, much whiter. I would buy these, but never the ultra's again. Hopefully the life is good, but beware... Silverstars don't last as long as OEM. It even says it on the packaging. They don't lie. 1yr at best usually.

Was hoping for a super white, almost blue-white light to complement my new LED strips I added below the headlights. Sadly, the [$] price tag for two bulbs doesn't give anywhere near theblue-white light inferred by the maker, and mentioned by some other reviewers. It is still a yellow-white light, more white than yellow, but not sure I would pay [$] again.

The ZXE's are definitely brighter than the OEM lamps. Whiter light, with a wider beam. I can't speak for life expectancy yet, but since these are also the DRL lamps the life might be shorter than desired. In most cases the installation should be an easy one. My truck however required removing the air filter box and inlet on the passenger side, and the window washer reservoir on the driver side. A real PITA. Once the sockets could be accessed the bulb exchange was simple. So far I'm very impressed with the product and can recommend it to others.

Fit form and function dead on. These out perform the OEM. Hope they last as long for the cost. The bulb has a blue tint but the light appears white.

I drive to work every day in the dark,these bulbs are quite a bit brighter than the factory installed bulbs...well worth the money!

Exactly as described! Won't be blue, only way to get that is with HID conversion kits. Make sure you know your stuff before you realize they aren't what you expected. Put out a light of about 4500K (True white is more on the 5500-6000K scale), with the blue tint coming in at 6500-7500K. These lights do exactly what they describe...Give you the near HID look, without the conversion costs and retrofitting of HID kits. Plus, these are 100% legal, unlike the 5500-7500K HID lights. Enjoy these fantastic lights! :)

The lights are a whiter color, however I don't see that much of a diffence for the price. I hope I'm not one of those cars that irritates other drivers.

This product is easy to install once you get down to the back of the headlight, which can be difficult depending on the car you are putting it in. Remember not to touch the bulb with your fingers or else it will shorten the life of the bulb.
