I love this product, it works awesome! there was such a huge difference in my headlights and I had just installed new bulbs in my Mazda 3 so I wanted to be able to show them off properly. I was debating whether or not to buy new headlights all together but I will most definitely keep the originals and put some work into these. My next project is angel eyes! 8-)
The Rain X kit is definitely worth the money, I had tried the turtle wax one on my previous vehicle with no where near as much success.
The only bad thing I have read about this product is it takes a bit of elbow grease, yes it does, but if youre in shape it shouldnt be a problem.

I used a non-abrasive car wax w 1000 grit sand paper , got better results in 10 minutes than 2 hours with this product. headlighs are not perfect, may take another time with car wax and sand paper, but are much better than they were

Read and follow instructions carefully. Removed haze from headlights on 1998 Ford F-150 in about 40 minutes. I have not used any other headlight cleaning product before but Rain-X products always work as advertised. There was plenty of the product to also clean up minor haze on headlights of a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I followed the instructions on the box doing each step twice before moving to the next. My headlights look brand new! Of course it requires some elbow grease, but not an enormous amount. Took less than hour to do both headlights. Very happy with product!

I was looking for something for our 2001 Toyota RAV4. It didn't do a bad job there was still some crazing on the lens but that may have been on the inside of the lens. I did the worst side first and forgot to take a picture so I could look back. The other side wasn't as bad and after using it on the bad side I wanted to see what the sealant alone would do. I was surprised at the improvement with just the sealer. The sealer alone does wonders for a quick fix.

Dull finish - followed the instructions to a tee. The lights were not all that bad to start with. Just wanted an improvement. Leaves an oily resedue that does not dry (which is what leaves it looking sort of newish). - Sort of like just putting some type of oil on the plastic.

I wanted to clean the headlights my wife's 2002 lexus before sale. I saw a commercial about rain-x, went online and found that Advance carried it among others. I can't believe the difference! They look like brand new. I did follow the instructions to the letter, comes with everything you need. The instructions are very easy to follow and there was more than enough to do the job. I used what was left to do my 1995 bmw I really wasn't expecting much they were in such bad shape. They look like new as well and didn't use half the product.
