      Comments about Metra Glass-Mount Antenna:

Relatively easy to install. Glue strip USELESS!! Best to buy marine silicone adhesive when you buy this antenna and save a return trip to the store. Reception was good once it was stuck to the windshield. The cord is too short to get the antenna properly centered in large cars and vans. I really needed another 6 or 8 inches for this job in a 3500 Dodge van.
Overall an good inexpensive solution to my problem.

Works great for my 2000 Ford Expedition. It has the antenna built in to the glass. Terrible design. This installed easy and picked up stations I couldn't receive before.

            Comments about Metra Glass-Mount Antenna:

I installed this in my wife's SUV after her power antenna broke.
I like the small size, and the relatively easy installation.
Performance isn't as good as the stock antenna, but it's close. Compared to the hassle of a half broken power antenna we have been very happy with this.
It COULD be difficult to install neatly if you're not familiar with minor interior panel disassembly and basic electrical connections.

                Comments about Metra Glass-Mount Antenna:

I installed this on a 1995 Nissan Altima, routed it in the most direct manner that I could above the mirror and came up 5" short from reaching the radio.I could only hook it up after installing the radio then fishing my hand through the back (easier said than done) It would definitly not fit on a full size vehical. After all that I had great expectations only to be severly disappointed, it only picks up 2 stations out of roughly 20 in my listening area and even those fade in and out while you're driving. Save your money, buy a regular antenna.

I asked this question-"Which wire is the ground wire? Is it the short wire or the long wire the runs along the main antenna plug? I can't refer to my packaging because I bought this product along time ago & no longer have the package but need to reinstall in into my new car. Thanks in advance!" & got this as an answer-"For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts". This helps nothing, I already have a Haynes Manuel but thats not the point the Haynes book is not going to tell me which wire on the antenna i bought from AAP is the ground, so how bout the next person to answer the question actually answers it & doesn't just try to sell me something that wont help & that I already have. I ask again which wire on the product in question(not in my car)is the ground wire, the short wire or the long wire that runs along the reception plug?

I do not believe it will, this says that it is designed for optimim performance for AM or FM bands. HD radio signals are satellite signals.

I would say it depends on the quality of the antenna you have now
if you have a real cheap antenna in your car or attached to your radio then it should help
hd radio is digital radio not satellite also so it could help

This is not a direct fit part, it is a universal fit part meaning that it can fit with many vehicles. You may be able to get it to work with your Honda.
