        Comments about ACDelco Fuel Filter:

I can only comment on the fuel filter that I removed from the vehicle (which was also an AC Delco filter, same part number).

The filter that I removed (being of same design) was full of gunk, debris, etc. I will note that this is a positive! If the filter hadn't caught this extra material, it would have likely ended up in my injectors. If that had happened, I might have also been reviewing some injector cleaner!

For the most part, this filter was simple to change, but that is not a pro, or a con of the filter, but is a attribute of the particular vehicle that it is being installed on.

          Worth The Extra Cost

          By Douglas

          from New Jersey

          Comments about ACDelco Fuel Filter:

As other reviewers have noted the Delco fuel filter is more expensive but in this instance you get what you pay for. Not an item I would care to cheap out on.

Build and quality is identical to factory original, case is an electro-welded seam, not crimped like lesser brands. Resists corrosion well, lasts a long time too, went 60,000 miles on the last one, replaced it as preventive maintenance.
