Can you PLEASE help me? I have a 1994 f150 4x4. Will this work with the 4x4? IF NOT, can you direct me to the right part? I am having a difficult time finding what I need. From what I see, this part will not work with a 4x4 vehicle (I dont think) I really need some help with this issue.

This part will NOT fit the 4x4. I bought this part after an online "expert" claimed it would fit. I put the hanger on and the spring eye did not even come close to fitting into the hanger. I removed the new hanger and compared it to the old hanger that came off of the truck and found that the new hanger was at least 1/2 inch smaller!Answered on 5/17/2013 by Does not fit from Pittsburgh, PACUSTOMER CARE

The shackles are easy, just need to purchase the replacement ( might as well do both sides now). Raise rear end of vehicle by placing jack under rear diff. Unbolt leaf spring u bolts, support frame with jackstands and lower jack to ground.
