I bought this to use with muffler replacement, along with the bolts. Good thing because the old one ripped part way off and couldnt be reused. This product like other have said fit kinda loose on the pipe end. But once the bolts were tightened down it seamed to set properly and make the seal it is ment too. I installed this 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear any sounds (like others have said they heard) from this joint in the pipe.

So I would have to say it fits correctly and works the way it should.

This muffler fit exactly the same as the stock one, just this one wasnt rusted through. Over all install was straight forward with no problems with this product as of yet. It has been on my car now for a little over 2 weeks and seams to perform and sound the same as the stock on.
One thing though the welds on this product seamed to already be rusting, it has a lifetime warentee so it doesnt bother me but it was one thing I did notice.
Overall great product.
Make sure to buy a new gasket and bolts to install this, my old gasket ripped and the bolts had to be snapped off in order to get the old muffler off.

I used this exhaust gasket to replace a corroded one that was between the "A" pipe and the "B" (intermediate) pipe. I was lucky enough that the B pipe was relatively new so the bolts came off pretty easily after a few blasts of PB blaster. Getting it in was easy as I just pushed the B pipe pipe back, put the gasket on, and directed the B pipe back over. I checked all around and it appears to have a good seal. Definitely a bit quieter than before. Bit pricey in my opinion. There are slightly cheaper ones out there.

The gasket fit perfectly and was easy to install. The worst part was getting the old gasket off. I had to use a chisel to get the old one off.

As others have stated, quality control here is a huge issue. There's no other way to say this; this part does NOT fit and WILL NOT SEAL. The inside diameter is 1/8" - 3/16" too large which defeats the purpose of this gasket. Upon installation you will find that it seals well and it will be quiet while not under a load. However, when you load the engine in a forward gear, I.E. Drive, it will leak from the twisting of the engine, even with a new spring kit installed. Be forewarned, look for a different flange gasket.

Turned out I couldn't get the old one off. I was replacing the back half of the exhaust system and the seal is slid over the front half. It was rusted in place. The old one was still ok so I just mounted the new pipe.

The gasket (donut) was not a tight fit to the pipe causing a leak at the joint. Had to replace it with Bosal gasket which fit near perfect. Quality control here is an issue. What ever the tooling to make this item is it not fitted correctly to its intended purpose. Since it requires some flex and ability to mold the item was too hard and failed to compress even though the spring and bolts were new.
