On a GMC you have to remove the dash to install one of these. After removing the dash and installing we found it leaking, not at a fitting, but in the tubing itself. Had to remove the dash a second time to remove it and install another one. Do yourself a favor and leak check before installation. Second new one works fine.

My air in my 97 tahoe will blow out cold but will not blow hard at all. What is the most likely problem. Blower moter working good and changes speed and heat works extremely well but on a hot day i cant even feel the air blowing out the vent. The Evaporator Core could possibly be the problem. However, without the presence of your vehicle we would not be able to properly diagnose it nor provide you with a 100% answer.
