Comments about Tough One or Factory Air Evaporator Core:
I bought this long before I got around to trying to install it and found that it does not have the same connections as the original *on my vehicle*. From another Web site I found out that this version fits only vehicles up to 01/19/02. Mine was much later than that, and I found that I had to select the '03 model to find the right one for mine.

Comments about Tough One or Factory Air Evaporator Core:
Putting this in a 300M, LHS, Concord, Or intrepid is a beast of a job. However, I was very glad to know while installing it that it held vacuum, nothing leaked out, and it is currently doing its job. Only problem is it didnt come with the foam gasket material that helps force the air through the fins as found on the original. Had to cut the old stuff off and stick to this one.

Comments about Tough One or Factory Air Evaporator Core:
the EOM part price is ridiculous. This unit seems to be the right alternative.
However, the unit does not come with the OEM wrapping gasket. OEM Kit price is also ridiculous and this unit should come with the kit as well, even for a bit more money since you need the kit
