Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Oil Cooler Line:
Routing is a little difficult, along with removal of the rear bolt. You can see it but you can't get to it without a couple extensions. Other than that it seems to be working well so far.

Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Oil Cooler Line:
Installed when I replaced the engine, in hopes to cover any possible future repairs. however 9 months later they are leaking the rubber hose portions appear cracked and rotting away, crimped areas leaking.these are difficult to get to, So now i get to spend more money and time on replacing these once again, this time i will buy gm parts instead.

Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Oil Cooler Line:
The best thing about this product is that it's new. With the old oiled lines out my engine bay stays a lot cleaner now. Very simple to replace.

Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Engine Oil Cooler Line:
Drop in fit for most S-series V6 pickups and Blazers. Keep your receipt though, I just replaced these lines and made use of the life time warranty. My first set lasted about 6 years.

can a shade-tree "Backyard Mechanic"do this replacement with out to much trouble?2 answers
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Yes, this would not be considered a difficult repairA:
Yes. This particular oil line (from engine to filter) can be a bit challenging, if you have a really long extension bar and a universal joint for your socket, its not too bad. Be careful not to cross thread or strip the little bolt that holds the hose clamp to the engine block. Don't ask me how I know ;-)Q:
do i need a front and rear or is this the only part2 answers
A:
One goes from the filter to the block and the other goes from the filter to the radiator. YOUR SAYING THERE IS NOT 2 AT ALL.
