This part BWD EGR Valve part# EGR1291 on your 2002 Buick Century is located on the top of engine with a black plastic cosmetic cover on it and a steal flex hose going down to exhaust manifold. This valve may be the possible cause of the problem on your vehicle. However, without the presence of your vehicle we would not be able to properly diagnose it nor provide you with a 100% answer. This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original sales receipt. Replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is longer. Warranty periods may vary from part to part.
