Used it to replace the old stock coil and it worked well. The truck idles better and responds much better when accelerating.

I don't believe the claim that this coil puts out 48 KV, It may be slightly hotter than a stock coil but not that much. It seems to be well built. I got it for [$] with a coupon code so it was worth it to me. Don't expect any noticeable improvement though.
