I bought this cap along with other tune-up stuff for my father-in-law's S-10 pickup with a 4.3L V6. The quality looked no different than the OEM cap that came off, it fit perfect, and the truck fired right up when I got it all put back together. It comes with the cap and a pair of new screws. For less than half what an OEM cap costs, I don't see how you could go wrong.

Mother-in-law insisted she needed a new distributor cap, so I got this cap & rotor.
The qulaity seems good and I haven't heard any more complaints from her.(apparently she was having problems getting the blazer started in wet weather.)
