Comments about Autocraft Disc Brake Spreader:
It does what it's supposed to but I can understand what other people have said about the handle breaking or stripping, it hasn't happend to me yet just because I was careful when using it and if you are careful when using it then you will have no problems and this works good.

Comments about Autocraft Disc Brake Spreader:
cheap plastic cap that came off after first use. The round disc at the end came off after first use as well. You're better off loaning a disc brake caliper set from advance auto parts (leave a $20 deposit that will be refunded once you return the set) or go buy a better quality one from somewhere else.

handle is plastic and easily strips once pressure is on it, some brakes take a little pressure. save your money

Comments about Autocraft Disc Brake Spreader:
Has cheap plastic knob, can't get good grip on it. Too much play in nut welded to bracket, allowed shaft to cross tread during first use. Cheap junk from China, do not buy this tool.

Its easy to use, after a few uses the plastic knob striped out & came off. Had to use locking pliers to clamp on shaft in order to finish the job.
