It comes with Slider Bolts (mounting hardware), brake bleeder screw, and the piston. It DOES NOT come with a Banjo Bolt, you will need part number 484-205.1 to complete a left install. It also does not come with pads. I chose #GMKD 369 pads.

It was a nice surprise to find out that it also came with the replacement slide bolts and that they were already greased. It saved me a lot of time and aggravation by not having to clean and prep the old ones.

Good replacement caliper. This one was gold ionized. Has 10mm bleader, Comes with new Allen bolts and copper hose washers.

Installed on a 95 K1500 Sierra pickup.
Stock replacement. Remanufactured but like new appearance. New hardware and washer. Very good price.
