this thing is not a direct fit at all the only reason i didnt give it a zero is because you have to put something in the space use the RTV instead more control and not hard to use at all

Q:
when using this gasket do you have to use some adhesive sealant?
if you do wich one do you recommend?

A:
A differential gasket can be used in place of 100 percent silicone sealant when repairing or rebuilding a differential. If a gasket is used, no sealant is required, and subsequent removal of the differential cover may require less effort.Answered on 5/17/2012 by Vincent from AAP
