Dayco® Molded Radiator and By-Pass Hose with knitted reinforcement and all synthetic EPDM rubber construction provides the high strength and resistance to oil, mud, salt, road debris, ozone, coolants, and temperature variations of -40°F (-40°C) to +257°F (+125°C) that are required for OEM hose replacements. The inner base tube is reinforced with knitted rayon for maximum strength and burst resistance for the life of the hose. In addition to meeting SAE J20R4, Class D-1 requirements, this hose is now designed to meet Type EC electro-chemical requirements as specified in SAE J1684; which prevents inner tube deterioration caused by the build up of static electric charges.

Comments about Dayco Curved Radiator Hose:

Just as the other reviewer stated this is for the Dodge water pump that sneaks its way under the AC compressor. You'll have to remove the Alternator/AC compressor bracket to get to the top of the hose. Necessary with any Water pump replacement. Pretty easy to do, just label the handful of bolts as you take them out so you don't put them back in the wrong spot. Disconnect a couple electrical connections and braces and flip the entire assembly over onto the air cleaner box. Clean up all the sludge that found it's way on top of the engine and your done. I did not have to trim any off the hose to fit onto the outlets. Worked on my 1999 5.9 Durango just fine.

Comments about Dayco Curved Radiator Hose:

This isn't a radiator hose. It is the thermostat bypass hose that Mopar has used since 1966. It fit fine after a 1/4" trim and is doing a good job of not leaking.
