It did not do anything I expected.

Works great, picked up a lot of dirt and grime that didn't come off with normal washing. Made my paint super smooth and was a great prep before waxing. Allowed the wax to go on smooth and made it easier to take off. Make sure you use enough spray so the clay doesn't stick to the paint. Afterwards finish with a good wax and your car will look amazing. The only downside is that the bar gets sticky and it can stick to your fingers but it comes off with a little soap and water. Overall, a great product that is worth the price.

When it comes to clay in the US, Its all mftr'd by the same company. Then sold to distributors like Meguiar's and Mother's. Being a huge fan of the Meguiar's Mirror Glaze line. I tend to buy mostly Meguiar's products. But not clay. Buy the brand that gives you the most for the cheapest.
Tip: use ONR as a lube when claying. Less mess, and you can use the detail spray after the detail.

I keep my cars clean and wax them about once a month. There are alot of products in the market and it gets confusing. Keep it simple. Wash your car with car soap and use a 1 step cleaner wax. Meguiars or Mothers California Gold. I have cleaned 100's of cars on my days off from the fire dept for side income,so trust me and save yourself money and time. Now for this product. I have never done this before but always wondered. It works exactly as advertised. You can feel the clay "grab" the particles. My car paint was in great condition so thats all I can speak for. The finish was very smooth. I bought this brand because its the same as the other brand, but cheaper. I did this with my 16 year old son and that was cool too. (he knows everything by the way). Great product.

The clay was much easier to use than I had imagined. But see the warning about dropping it. It rolls easily out of your hand and picks dirt up like a magnet. I had to cut part away when mine fell. I finished a full-sized sedan on one bar and plan to use the other on my wife's Accord.
