While I verified that this is the correct part #, per Stant's website, the picture on Advance's site is incorrect. This part is significantly different in appearence, and the fit is poor.
This is the same one on the car, which is why I wanted a different one.
The one on the car (and this one) are very tight, and after a few heat cycles, nearly refuse to come off, unless you use a pair of pliers to get it off.
The Mitsubishi 420A engine is known for having oil leakage issues around the oil filler cap, as the o-ring hardens after several heating cycles, so that's the other reason I wanted a new one.
I will be returning this one and getting one from Mitsubishi.
