I replaced the brake pads on my '01 Jeep Cherokee Limited (XJ) and I was very impressed with the "Silver" line of pads.
This was my daily driver so I replaced the rotors and pads, but elected to keep the pads standard and not go with the Ceramics. These pads, after the first couple miles of break in, bedding in the rotors, stop wonderfully and do not squeal.
I would definitely recommend these for replacement and save $$$. Very happy with these pads for what I paid.
