Fit great on my early 99 super duty which uses the same caliper on both sides. Came with everything but the caliper bracket mounting bolts, so be sure yours come out and are reusable. Only negative thing was caliper slide pins that come pre assembled hardly had any brake grease applied. So I just added some synthetic brake grease so they don't seize up later on.

Poor quality
Brake line atachment ( threaded potrt) threads were dammaged NO it was not the bolt.
Returned to store the same problem (s) had to select the least dammaged one
Not the part to have to re tap thereds on.

Includes new caliper anti-rattle/pad guide clips, brake hose washers (does not include banjo bolt - resuse existing banjo bolt). Also includes new greased caliper slide bolts & boots (installed) and rebuilt mounting bracket. Does not include bolts to mount mounting bracket to vehicle (reuse existing bolts). Fits well, looks like new and works like new. Brake pads were a little tight on one caliper (with new anti-rattle clips installed). Easiest way to install is to LIGHTLY pinch rubber flexible brake line near caliper with vice grips to keep fluid from coming out when disconnecting brake hose from the old caliper and then bolt the brake line to the new caliper with new copper crush washers. Do not forget to install new anti-rattle clips. It is easier to install the anti-rattle clips then the brake pads into the caliper mounting bracket with the caliper removed from the caliper mounting bracket. Remember to put some anti-squeal on the back of the brake pads before installing into the caliper mounting bracket.
