The GM recommended torque on the banjo bolts is 37 ft lbs. It is too high for this caliper, I recommend no more than 20 or you will strip out the hose fitting. Google it

did have to return one caliper next day before installation no banjo bolt and the banjo bolt hole improperly threaded

Not EXACT as states. It replaces the original part, but hydraulic hose connector on original does not match to new connection. Had to purchase additional hose and grease for repair.
Remember to bleed the lines, not your fingers.

Kit came with caliper, stainless steel guides for pads, and Cardone Brake Caliper Bracket. The only problem was the stainless steel guides had to be adjusted because they rub outer edge of the rotor.

I like that all the accessories are included, but they did not include any silicon grease for the caliper pins. [...] I still had to go to the Auto Parts store to get some.

Looks like a good rebuild, only time will tell... The instructions and pictures were obviously not for this caliper design, they were useless.
