They are great out of the Box!!! Just make sure you get the hex bolts with yours not the original torx bits.

I was very happy with the caliper and very happy that it came with the mounting bracket. My old bracket was all rusted so this was a big plus!
I was also happy to see that the whole thing was painted to slow down future rusting.
