I've gone through 13 cans of this stuff and I really like it. It doesn't smell as strong as other sprays, It applies pretty easy. If you can do well with rattle can paint then you can use this stuff. It is very messy though so make sure you tape off and cover everything you don't want covered in your area. If you don't follow the directions and try to do heavy coats you will get runs just like paint and it is a pain to clean up if you do so. If you do get small runs I recommend you blot it gently with a crumbled rag to pick up excess and give texture. I used this to coat 5 rims on my Jeep and it has held up great to road chemicals and such. It doesn't fade in the sun so I also used it to cover my fender flares, bumpers and side steps. It has held up great for over a year on my Jeep.
TIPS: It doesn't seem to cover as much as what the can says, but it's close. Wipe the nozzle with a rag THEN clear the nozzle. Shake very thoroughly at start and throughout use. Wear gloves, it's hard to clean off. Alcohol works good to clean it off paint and glass. Let it set up for a day before re-assembly if you are painting parts. Let it dry for a couple of hours then take tape off using a razor to get a clean tape line.

Comments about Duplicolor Bed Armor DIY Truck Bed Liner, Black, 16.5 oz. Aerosol:
This product suffers from a poorly designed nozzle which causes material to collect around the rim of the can thus dripping all over the working surface and user. I conducted a trial run of this product on a floor pan which will be covered with carpet before using elsewhere. I will NOT be using this product again. As a professional body tech, I have access to Rhino Liner and other products which are far superior. Use at your own risk.

Used this product to coat the bottom parts of my truck and it works great as long as you read the directions and shake the can very well before and during use. Love how it turned out looks great. I personally think this stuff turns out better than the expensive kits.

Terrible. Don't buy. Sprayed light coat, came back and there were runs. Hadn't even tacked up in 30 minutes. I've never seen a spray paint this useless.

The trick to getting great results with this product is to soak can in hot water for 10 min before use. Makes product spray better. 3 coats 20min appart. allow day or two fully cure. water base means you can spray on anything (enamel/lacquer) and it will stick.

I decided to use this product on my duck hunting/trapping boat to coat the seats and floor. I sanded everything down with 60 grit paper and cleaned with acetone then started shaking up the can. The product sprayed on easily but does have some overspray and drips, in my case not a problem, I just smoothed it out with a brush. I got a nice even finish with the first coating and applied a second coat because its a rough use boat and I had some extra in the can. I let it dry for 48 hours and tested a small area, it wouldnt scratch or peel with a screwdriver. Overall this is a good durable product that provides a nice clean looking nonskid surface and I would reccomend it to anyone for a similar project. I like it so well im going to do the bumpers on my truck with it.

This stuff seems to work pretty good for doing some light spraying of areas that you're planning on using this stuff for on whatever surface you're doing.
There is no way this stuff can be as good as what you are going to put on that comes in the gallon bucket kit where you have to roll it on because you are not going to be able to have the big flakes of material in a spray can like you can in a gallon bucket.
For me though, it serves the purpose I'm using it for and that is stopping a few leaks on our carport. In some of the tin that went on our metal carport got damaged from not being secured good enough during a wind storm so we got some holes in it. I siliconed up the outside portion and then I'm used this and sprayed on the underside to permanently stopped the leak. So far, it seems like it is working great and I might even try to seal up some gutters!
The stuff is a litte messy but once you figure out the technique of using it, it really does work great.
I can't speak of the durability of the product because of the short time I've had it on but in my opinion, it's a good product at a good price to be in a can!

This is by far one of the WORST products i've EVER used!! More of it went onto the floor than on the surface i was applying it to. I wouldn't use this product again if they were giving it away!! Total waste of money!!
