My last wipers were Goodyear brand, and they were much louder than the Motorcraft OEM wipers. Both sets still lasted two years each, but the Goodyear (streaked, did not ride smooth, and were loud) were never as good as the Motorcraft OEM. These wipers are a definite upgrade over both.

I purchased the Trico Onyx wiper as aprt of a set of three for my Pontial Montana. I selected the wipers through the Advance Auto selection recommendations after entering year, make and model. The 24" is the driver's side wiper. One feature of the Trico Onyx is that it has an extra plastic flap for better performance driving at highway speeds. This may be good if both wipers wipe towards the driver's side. The Pontiac Montana does not. The passenger side wiper wipes the opposite way negating the effect of this enhancement. I will not replace it with the same item.

Your online agent suggested a product that was not the right product. It was impossible to assemble the wiper on to my car. Your store personnel spent more than 30 minutes and gave up. They indicated that they had no suitable replacement for the product. I wasted time purchasing the wipers online and wasted even more time driving to the store for no avail. I was disappointed.

why does the packaging only contain one wiper.
i ordered one package and got one wiper. Went to the store to buy another. Long one is driver side and short one is passaenger side.

Be sure to search all package contents. Adapter clip hidden [stuck in bottom of pkg.] caused me to be puzzled when I attempted Install.
I love these wiper blades that have a single curve. I think they make better contact with the windshield. These also have a better appearance where they attach to the wiper arm. They look good.
