Our GM air suspension compressors are newly manufactured, and feature components developed by ISO 9000-certified manufacturers. To ensure the highest standard of quality in every product, the compressor is assembled and tested in the United States. The exam is a thorough 20-point inspection that tests all components and functions of the compressor, including its endurance, amperage draw, and CFM. Other companies only offer rebuilt compressors, oftentimes with worn out (sometimes damaged) components. At Arnott, Inc., our compressors are NEW – not rebuilt – and include NEW vibration isolators and a rebuild kit for your air dryer at no additional cost! It is common for compressors/dryers to burn out, leaving your air suspension on the ground. The typical reason for them to fail is a leak in one of your air shocks. You should test your air suspension system for leaks once the pump is running again. Arnott offers a one (1) year limited warranty on all air suspension compressors.

The product seems very good for the money. It did seem cheap that you had to cut off the OEM connector, but it's not the end of the world, just more places for corrosion to set in over time here in the Midwest. The pump worked well and was very quiet upon power-up. I did find that the air shocks were bad at the same time so I purchased the Arnott shocks as well. I chose the ones that omit the auto-damping and they work just fine, plus they have a lifetime warranty. Now my Denali stays where it should with a load and rides much smoother.

This pump should far outlast the OEM, everything that was wrong with the original these guys have corrected it's not just a replacement part it's an improvement.

I have a 2003 Denali that's been giving me the message "service ride control" since I bought it 2 years ago. Finally tore the old compressor apart thinking I could fix it and it was completely shot. This new one fit perfectly. Have now determined I need to replace rear shocks (on order). But that stupid message is gone. I unhooked compressor until my new shocks come in so I don't burn up new one. Can't comment on how long it'll last, but it comes with a 1 year warranty.

Great replacement product! Easy to change out...was able to replace rear shocks and compressor for less than what a dealership would charge for only the compressor! The only change I made was cut the wire crimps off and soldered the wires...due to the location of the compressor (right behind the drivers side rear wheel!) it is in a pretty rough and tough location...had one wire go bad inside the crimp so I just soldered all of them.

I just purchased this for my 2004 Cadillac Escalade. I see that on this pump by the air nipple that connects to the shocks there is an extra nipple that connects to no where. On my original pump I have the same nipple that has a 2in piece of hose that connects to the pump. Can you tell what the difference is ?
