Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Rear Trailing Arm:
Like the last reviewer said, this is miles ahead of the cheap stamped flimsy factory part. This is square tubing with welded ends. Its going to take a lot to bend it-period. The rubber bushing are not high durometer rubber but are better than factory. Grease fitting (zerks) would be nice BUT for the price you can drill & tap them in yourself if needed. Nothing bad at all to say about the part, worth every penny & then some. 2004 Impala

Comments about Dorman - OE Solutions Rear Trailing Arm:
The problem with the stock rear trailing arms is that they are in the shape of a upside down U. This allows for buildup of road grime, grease, dirt, snow, and salt over time. This also means that it's not a solid piece and can be bent, warped easily, and wear out quicker over time. These new trailing arms are a solid square piece of metal and are definitely stronger than the original. They installed quickly and easily. I felt better control of my rear sway with these new bars over the old.
