Original online purchase of backseat organizer for 04 Jeep had a missing strap that latches onto the cargo floor mount. I could have used it just the way it was but I choose to take it into store in exchange for a new one. I got ZERO static from Adavnce Auto store staff about the exchange because the purchase showed in their system. As a matter of fact, when I called them to see if I could exchange it they said sure and when I got there it was waiting for me at the end of the counter. It is a valuable item for its functionality for the stuff I keep in the back of my SUV. No more rolling around of balls or fluids as I turn corners or come to a stop.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
