I use this product in my 94 Sentra, developed a leak and I replaced half shafts, so I've probably added a complete bottle and half. The manufacture said use GL for brass/yellow parts, and this is only one I found left on market. I would suggest to anyone needing for older model cars with brass trans parts. My Sentra has 300,000 miles, and this works great, no problems at all shifting, so I would highly recommend.

This is recommended for the T-56 transmission on my z06 corvette. I used the fluid and the transmsissions shifts smooth again. I had over 80,000 miles on the car and the person I got the car from said they changed the fluid. Which the fluid had not been changed. Very nice to be able to get what is needed at a local store!

I used this oil for my 2005 Civic Si. Car had 143,000 miles before the change and shifts were notchy and sometimes difficult to get into second gear - Car has NEVER been abused or raced. After replacing the original oil, I saw a noticable improvement in 2nd gear shifts, and smoother engagements in all the other gears.

Old manuals need to stay away from newer fluids Gear oil because of the chemistry. They are not good for synic gears. GL5 can harm them. This fluid is made to protect them.

This fluid transformed the shift quality of our Jeep. Shifts like butter now. I like it so much I just bought 3 more qts to put in my Integra! Highly recommend!

As someone else mentioned, this is supposed to be the same stuff that the GM dealer sells for much more.

I run this in the manual transmission of my road race car (Mazda RX7) and it works great. I had switched to a synthetic that everyone was raving about and went back to the Pennzoil Synchromesh. Shifts are smooth and consistent throughout a long run on track. With the synthetic, I was getting some notchy feel when downshifting into second and even convinced myself that I had a worn synchro. Going back to the Pennzoil Synchromesh cleared it all up. I won't stray again!

Good stuff, not to cheap though, so much so you may want to time your repair better as to have on hand the actual GM Synchromesh, had I had both the time and foresight at 8plus I would have.

This fluid comes with an easy to pour spout and it replaces GM's 2005 Cavalier manual transmission fluid perfectly.

this product came up when entered my auto info (2002 MT WRX). I bought and changed out the fluid. after a few hundred miles all is shifting smooth. not sure if the oil should be more viscous.

Shifting on my car was notchy. Replaced old trans fluid and replaced with Synchromesh, and car shifts smoother. No negative comments.
