Yes, this Dorman - Help Spark Plug Non-Foulers - 18mm Gasket Seat, Part No. 42009 can be used on all 6 cylinders of a 6 cyl. Engine. But basically it is used on cars with very bad worn oil rings or valve guides to keep the oil from fouling out spark plugs fast.

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cyl with an integrated coil assembly that goes on top of all 6 spark plugs as one unit. If I install the standard spark plug on this non-fouler, won't it make that spark plug stand up too high to match the other plugs or is there enough top room in the coil assembly for it to fit?
