These work great, and are a great value compared to "normal" paper towels! One can be used over and over again on light jobs. Great for cleanups, and gentle enough for use on finishes.

I use the Scott towels mostly for detailing the interior of my cars, but also under the hood. The best thing I've noticed when using them for detailing is that they don't leave the little lint specs all over your dash board. When I use the Armor All with household papertowels they leave lint across the dashboard and everywhere else. As far as using them to clean up tools and hands and stuff, they are pretty strong, and don't tend to tear, and they are very absorbant if you have a medium sized spill, lay one or two on top to soak it up, then spray some cleaner down and one more towel will pretty much take care of it. They are a little expensive, but I always get them on special, so I don't end up paying for them anyways. Great product, Love em when I have em.

its a good strong shop towel that don't tear so easily good stuff (windows cleaning, oil changes wiping,wipe inside car panels and still holds strong) but still its still just a paper towel.
