I mix this Shell Rotella, 10W-30, Triple Protection, Conventional Diesel oil with Formula Shell Conventional and Formula Shell Full Synthetic in a mix for year round use in my SUV. Although it is technically a HDEO Diesel oil, it is safe to use with all gasoline engines rated SM and below. I like this oil in a mix for its very strong add pack and increased durability and cleaning abilities. This oil, when mixed, will keep your engine clean and running very smoothly.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
