This is not the right relay for the courtesy lamps on Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mines a 96 4.0 btw. I think this part is highlt miscategorized.

This is NOT the proper starter relay as suggested for the 95-99 turbo eclipses. I'm not sure about the 420A motors.

This was indicated as the Starter Relay for a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant. It is not the correct part. To AAP's credit, both AllData and the Relay Cover reference the spot that this would plug in to as requiring, so it's not a "mistake" on AAP's part. Just confirm that your vehicle uses this exact part before ordering.

The blower relay on your 2005 dodge Durango should be located under the passenger side glove box, it is in the heater box beside the heater motor.

The built-in anti-theft system in your 2001 ford Excursion is the notorious Pass lock system. It uses a magnetic sensor on the ignition cylinder to present a precision resistance based on the key profile to the Body Control Module.Anti-theft system is controlled by Electronic Timer Alarm Control System. The ETACS Control Unit (ECU) is located in front of shifter, under console.

I have a 1998 Grand Caravan with a 3.8 liter V6. Lately it'll just decide not to start. Actually, it'll start and then cut off about two seconds after it starts. I noticed that before this happens when the ignition is in the ON position the fuel gauge doesn't move. I can hear the fuel pump engage when the key is ON but the engine will cut off time after time until finally it doesn't do anything at all. If I turn the key OFF and wait an hour or so, I'll turn the ignition to the ON position and the gauge will move and the engine will start and stay running until the next time it decides to act up. Could this problem be with the fuel pump relay or is it a fuel pump problem itself - or something else altogether? Thanks.

It could be a number of things causing this. Unfortunately we are unable to diagnose what is wrong with your vehicle without being able to be there with your vehicle. We highly recommend taking your vehicle to a reputable shop to have them take a look at it to determine the cause.

Have a 99 Crown Vic Police Interceptor. Brake lights stopped working. Replaced all rear blubs, brake light switch above brake pedal, turn signal (multi-function switch stalk on steering column), and looked at all fuses. After replacing and doing all that, still no rear brakes. Now wondering if it could be a relay switch of some kind... Do Crown Vics from 1999 have relay switch for brakes or is it integrated into the Lighting Control Module.. Thanks for your help!

Yes, Crown Victorias from 1999 do have relay switch for brakes. I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.

The relay should be located under hood fuse box that is controlled by the pcm which knows when to crank from the ignition switch. The pcm also gets a signal from the BCM for theft deterrent.
