Comments about Autocraft Power Steering Pulley Pump Kit:

The instructions on the packaging was very confusing, as I had never used the tool before. It listed what each part was, but I still didn't know which part was which. Some sort of illustration of the packaging would be nice. I spent the better part of an hour figuring out which tool I needed just to remove the PS pulley from my 95 Ram 1500. Once I figured out what I was doing, though, the job became increasingly easier to complete.

Comments about Autocraft Power Steering Pulley Pump Kit:

I bought this to remove and install a p.s. pulley on a 97 Suburban. The tool, though it LOOKS heavy-duty, stripped out (threads) before I even got the pulley off! Advance was closed when this happened, so I went to their competitor who was still open and got their tool. Worked like a charm the FIRST time, and no stripped threads on the tool. This is a rare time where I liked something from their competitor better than what Advance offers. Get a better tool guys!

Used to pull the P/S pulley off a '95 Taurus Worked great for something that had been on there for 15 yrs! Did have a problem putting the pulley back on and bent the main bolt that came with the kit. Oh well, a $3 bolt from [...] will work for the next time I have to do the same job!
